I graduated from Cairo University, Faculty of Engineering- Biomedical Engineering Department in 1993. I finished my diploma in Executive Management End of year 2004 from The American University in Cairo. I studied Coaching at The Coaching Institute , USA.
I commit my self to continue my learning journey till I leave Earth.
My professional Career in marketing and sales of Medical equipment and supplies, and my quick promotions in management positions in addition to the gift of working in a well known National company all helped me in learning lots of things that were crucial to my job as well as to my life and all contributed to where I am now as a Coach.
I am motivated by being a mother to give my child proper education that will help him live a happy life.
Happy from my point of view can start individually but cannot be realized except with good communication with the world around us.
We are part of the whole world. Interactions with others, openness to other points of views, appreciation of differences, and more are needed ingredients to help us lead a happy life.
Flexibility is a missing component in our education and bringing up. Change is totally feared. Holding ourselves responsible for our destiny without throwing blames on others is not the norm.
Learning the difference between abstract rights and wrongs and what really happens in real life is important and saves us from shocks, self pity, depression, lack of self confidence and others.
My motivation also lies in my mere understanding that I will not exist for ever, so I need to teach my son what can help him without me being around him forever. So what is that? Is it Religion? ONLY? Is it Science? Is it human skills? Is it school education? Is it sports? What is it? If it is a mix so what is the secret portion? How can I do so? I am learning, applying and amending.
 I was blessed by lots of GOD gifts; of which are my family, my education, my career, and my friends.
I grew in a homogenous family where love,understanding, openness and respect for work, education, and human beings were basic. Talents and hobbies were also very much appreciated within our family.
It was very natural for both my parents to spend time with their three children. Spending time together, talking, visiting others, watching movies, singing, everything we did we enjoyed together.
Each one of us had his unique character and unique good traits and we lived knowing each other, appreciating each other and loving each other. Growing older; we thought what we had within our home was natural to all families and it was not easy to really understand it was a special gift for our family.
I was blessed with my managers. The company was stable and had a system that works and each manager I worked with had invested his time and effort in teaching me. My peers and colleagues too have helped me in one way or another. Even my co- workers each had his unique gift through which I definitely have benefited from one way or another.
Life of course is not that easy and not everything ran smoothly, however at this particular moment I do not resent any difficult time that I passed through nor any challenge nor any pain too. I just am in a state of peace knowing that every day I lived and every person I met and every experience I've come through have added to my character and contributed to who I am now.
I have a huge group of friends (I believe uncountable) and I am gifted by my ability to get more and more friends by accepting who they are as they are.
Not choosing friends whom I like or who like me. I learnt to like the people for whom they are.My friends love me, care for me (everyone in his/her special way) and accept me for who I am too.
With them I share my dreams, vision and goal. Although it sounds strange for them at first, yet in time they embrace them and hold them for me. So whenever I feel bad or a bit down or get tired of pursuing my dream they support me vigorously and help me stand up again for my dream and continue.
